I do not find puncture wound to be useful at my level. Yes I have it at lvl 10 but I do not use it at all. For me it is wasted coin and spirit.

Puncture wound is great but I do not use it due to anti bleed skills most carry for nixes anyway. Better to hold out for your stun/seal/silence etc. They hit far harder anyway.
