Do the Oracle quest that the Augur gives you. It gives 8 plates. One of the plates will automatically disappear to complete the quest once you get them though. 8D

On even levels, put 3 points into Strength and 2 points into Vitality. On odd levels, put 3 points into Strength, 1 point into Vitality, and 1 point into Dexterity. Easy-peasy.
