If you can't find the Perfect World game cards. You can still buy the Ultimate Gamer Cards and use them if they are in your area. Most stores, even Wal-Mart should carry that card. Don't trust PayPal anymore, after my incident with them.

PayPal did this too me, and after 24 hours the payments were reversed. And took 3 days for the money to be returned to my bank account. My personal advice, just go to 7-11 and buy the game cards. That's what I'm doing now, and never had a problem since.

Well it's been almost 11 hours, and it still says Payment Review. It's after 10am PDT and billing is not answering the phones. I get the same message that states their hours of operations. Have you verified the you are current and up to date on the patch info. You'll have to make sure you are before you can start playing. took myself 2 hours to download the game, and another 20 minutes to patch before I could play 2 days ago.
