2x EXP/Spirit/Drops vs. 2x EXP/Drops and 1.5X Spirit?

First, I'm sorry if any made this topic be4 ( too lazy to search )

as http://pwi.perfectworld.com/news/newsubpage/2x-exp-spirit-drops-9311 said that 2x EXP/SPIRIT/Drops but when I go to the server list 2010-015.jpg it said 2x EXP, 2x drops, and 1.5x Spirit?
I thought 2x apply for Spirit too ? not sure if the real rate is 2x or 1.5x for spirit any1 and confirm?

    me thought it suppose to be 2x for everything but...

    Well this exp event is awesome , hands down but ... I still think it would've been better to give 2x spirit as well . It's a bit of a pain to keep your skills up to date as you lvl because the sp can't keep up with the exp at all . Let's not even talk about getting genie skills .... .

    me has only been playing since august of 2009...(and out level both your cleric and your archer.) O.o'

    and me diverted all me power into leveling 80 levels in about 6 months be pretty decent for not using any real monies.

    i actually think thats normal rep which everyone around that lvl have,without using badges and tags.
    i have same on my alts,didnt skip any quests but i dont do one man army alot and i dont farm fb's all day.
    about hp,i wouldnt bother too much with it for now,worry about it at 90,
    would be waste of money if u spend alot on 8x armor when u wont use it for long time anyway.

    me plan in basically all mmorps be to level up as fast as possible.
    then slow down close to teh end and get monies/gear.

    I'm out of spirit usually. When I save about +1M spirit I always buy some sage book and spirits are gone. b:cry

    OKies, this is off topic...kinda...I wanna go to a PVP server and see how much more entertaining it is..PVE <3 it but *yaaawn* can only listen to ppl QQ for so long about the CHOICE to PK...anyways onto why I"m writing...how hard is it to play on a pvp server when u cant spend RL monies? I cant afford to put real monies into this game, so uhh is it worth doing? Or am i just going to be dead all the time? b:cry

    Easy. Focus on one skill path until you're 8x. Max all those skills, then move on to another weapon path. Mid-9x you'll have all the spirit you'll ever need.

    its not so bad as it seems b:chuckle
    i didnt put even 1$ in this game so as many people..theres alot of csers,
    but theres also those who dont cs,so pvp is pretty decent still.
    and its not like ur dead most of time soon as u hit lvl 30.rpkers usually pk u and leave..unless u provoke them with pm's they may camp u a bit then..also depends of what faction ur in.if ur in rpk faction with alot of kos,ull be on target more then others.

    Honestly, yeah about 400 points from Badges from the Anni Packs. Tags, no.
    Darkness Stamps from FB's & BH runs, yes, lots of them. It's getting to the point where I feel bad when I get a Darkness Stamp, when I got a couple people in my Faction that don't have the Rep. And there is one that never got one at all on his Character.
