first you have to talk to the meditating shaman and hell give you a quest to visit another npc which gives you a quest to get fantasy beads from the jelly fishes XD and then youll have 99 chi and be the next cultivation level and be able to get your level 9 skills XD i probably sound like a nub but im not checking anything…

imo u should do 1 str 4 dex every level so you dont sacrifice the dmg by putting in vit. you dont need the vit if you kill something before it **** u XD
