i understand that the game servers and update servers are different but i assume the auto update server is the same as the manual patch server.. Which would explain all the difficulties. Im not sure if the update server can be rebooted remotely, but I'm sure the image is fine just the server is not running properly. A simple reboot may fix the problem. Here is some images that may be helpful.

I read that post and it does not work. Im guessing they got lucky establishing a connection to the server, but that does not fix the fact that the problem is most likely the server.

Im sorry Aryanna but this did not work. I replaced the files as you advised but no difference. When i attempt to patch automatically i get error: "Update server connection failed Please try other update server"
