I remember doing the quest attracted pm "Can we do this together?" and how much fun it was, occurred when wanting more and it does not matter that for 10 minutes to kill just to help another (ask "how much you have left?") The good old times, which definitely will not be back... :(

I do not know what to be angry at those players who spend their cash to buy game currency. They are after all, do not steal anything, and use their money (per diems). Moreover, after all, no one lends itself authorize net, perfectly possible to do only what is given free of charge. Less anger and more in a good mood!

2x experience - YES. 2x drop - NO. Economy and so distorted, so would only be worse. In particular, the bot should resolve the problem - the time limit, reducing drop rate (currently enabled auto-culti), maybe even prevent certain place on the map to use it.

Strangely enough, the ARC does not work anymore. Threw some kind of errors, maybe you know the reason?

I agree with the decision to change the requirements for access to the Fc - 75 lvl and hyper stone can only be used from level 75. The benefits are obvious, less foolish, nothing about your class players.
