Do not say passive to only mean defense passive. Sure the skill damage passive at level 7 is 14%, but it will be able to be level 10 too. Might want to consider this into the calculating and whatnot.

The Bloods for BH II is supposed to incline people to do BH more. Furthermore, a lot of people do BH to pay for cube fees, and I (as well as others) would appreciate the implimation of do-all cards to BH because DQ has been removed.
