I've noticed that once you use one of those you gain a very tiny increase in a few stats rather then EXP. Its hardly much to even notice at least 20 points in hp, mp, attack, and defense. And the Icon that pops up when you use it says "Attributes Increased". I haven't noticed how long it lasts for though.

the tele skill is only able to be used if the couple are both on the world map. and well that skill would still be stalkerish lol. so thats the 100 and 300 ring what does the 200 ring do?
