When people say they are quitting it makes me laugh. It reminds me of when I worked at walmart ( b:surrender ) and customers would get mad and walk out the door saying "I'm never spending my money again!!!" .....oh no.....what will we do... I know for a fact my hubby came home to see mail on his toon and extra rewards. He figured it was cause he kept clicking the button when it seemed like it didn't go through. I lost quite a bit due to the rollback and my hubby lost even more. b:sad But I won't be quitting anytime soon. Well I was all b:sad, b:shocked and b:angry at the whole "loss" but after reading all this b:angry I've realized it's not that big a deal. In fact, I'm feeling a little sorry for the workers that gotta fix this **** and even more sorry for the customer service people that gotta deal with our b:angry
