You also need to factor in that making gold oht items generates random stats. You could spend a lot of coin to make them but then end up with totally useless stats. OHT sleeves can have channeling. I've made a few before. (Best was 3 socket, 5 resist, -6% chan, +94pdef, +105 hp.....but I accidently decomposed that one b:cry ) .....unless of course by 'armor' you mean tops then in which case you are correct. ;)

My understanding is that various territories are better for specific refinement levels rather than owning a territory giving a general overall benefit to refining. After a little searching I found this...but there're more around as I've seen this information many times.

Demon Dragon's Breath has a 25% chance to heal per cycle (not per hit). This can be demonstrated by leaving it up after all mobs are dead & waiting to be healed back to 100% when not hitting any mobs.
