TW A quick question please

Hi
I have been reading a lot of info on TW, and I am understanding it now, the only thing I could not find out is the benefit of it..
I know the person in charge of the faction/guild gets money each week for owning territory but how does this benefit the members of the faction? Do they get money as well?? Or does it go only to the leader?

    The money is sent to the leader, then it is down to them to "pay" their TW members.

    Also, depending on the territory owned; guild has access to making new apothecary items, increased refining chance, 'town portal' to owned territory.
