If the farming timer is true my suggestion would be this: Add a form of toggle to turn it on and off kind of like the hyper exp mechanic. Psychics are ridiculously hard to kill and hit like trucks. They have insane utility and control skills. However, with r9 axes highly refined and some know-how, bm can actually ruin a psychics day. But there's always an element of luck or chance because of zerks and crits. A good genie makes all the difference imo.

So was there any kind of definitive answer about which genie builds are best for mass pvp/tw/regular pvp?

For pvp, a pro sin vs a pro bm usually ends up in the sins favor.. at least from what I've seen. And for pve... sin still does more damage (a lot more damage). Fist bm cannot compete with zerk aps and spam crits of a sin, but BM will always have more survivability.

From my experience, you need 2 things to always be invited to squads. Heaven's Flame (dragons[lvl 59 axe skill]) and some fists/claws to actually do some damage. Sword/fist would be harder due to the lack of your amp skills. But going axes as well should be easy since you're already okay with sacrificing vit/str for dex.

On a STR genie if you had to choose one of the following, which would it be? 10 Lawbreaker 10 Break Paralyze(Remove Paralysis) or 1 Fortify ? Rest of the skills would be; 10 Domain 1 Whirlwind 10 Occult Ice 10 TE 10 Tangling Mire (or one of the above)

Nah I think it sucks also, would have been awesome to compete finally with sins in the dmg area. But then again, sins are squishy, good bm's are usually pretty hard to kill. And it also was probably a part of the small scale attempt to reduce the 5.0 craze. Hense no int on the r9 daggers either(not that they need it).

Full is a lot better for pvp, if you have the money. But I am starting the same way, chest and axes. See what happens from there, the armor pieces are so cheap lol it's hard not to get the full set (minus the belt[which is also worth it]).

It's worth it if you have something worth using them on... some people care a lot of the double socket 1st/2nd cast weapons, some not so much. For example, I used them on my cv claws > 1st cast claws cause I wanted to keep my 2 g11 garnets (garnets went up a lot in price). And that was without a sale lol.

I like True Emptiness, does decent damage in the air (ranged) but more importantly gives us a 3500 magic damage shield for around 12 seconds [on a str genie with around 100 str] and can be used with any amount of energy. I heard Earthguard Rank 9 is coming out tonight and if that's true plus the upcoming inter-server tournament is soon... there is no doubt in my mind it will be a rep sale. I personally know a few Seekers that have been saving since the release for r9.
