[Announcement] Facebook Connect + DQ Rewards are Back up!

Hey all,


All of our pages involving sending items to your characters are back up and running. These include Facebook Connect, DQ Rewards, and Token Shop.


Please let me know if you have any issues with these pages.

Update 4:55pm 2/24/2012

Yep, sorry guys, the tremendous number of people trying to access these pages actually kind of overwhelmed the systems. They've been brought down for now, and we'll bring them back up one at a time over the next few hours.

    didnt get blessing even tho it says sent...so idk wth is going on but starting to get a bit irritated.

    I have a feeling the servers will get a huge loadspike cause everyone tries to get blessings at same time b:surrender

    i understand the whole lagspike of everyone in pwi getting the blessing, but alot of people are receiving and the other half are not just annoyed been waiting forever.

    I'm getting an HTML 500 error when retrieving the blessing.

    EDIT: Seems intermittent.

    DQ Rewards page is not working properly, don't let me send anything to my character

    any info about the item that was supposed to be sent when descent came out ? sry if this has already been answered

    it keeps telling me "could not send item. please try again later". or i get an internal server error message.

    yup got confirmation page that bless was sent but didnt receive it. Btw, is the expansion gift page still down? cause didnt receive anything from that one either.

    Could not send item. Please try again later. - But it still posts to my FB account. And Im sure I don't have any mail on two of the toons I tried on.

    Edit: Over 10 minutes later, the page errored out, I refreshed, and it went through.

    I'm guessing its the 800,000 people trying to get thier blessings all at once approaching a DNS error.

    Same, it said that the blessing was sent, but I have not received it. Also for the DQ rewards you cannot click the send button for confirmation.

    They may be back up for people to view... BUT... they are still NOT operational.

    I tested BOTH and neither sent me anything.

    Nevermind, got it. A couple minutes of lag, though.

    PS: Are people still getting forum titles? Cause I've been waiting for mine since ever. QQ

    Might want to look into exactly how you "fixed" the blessing page since many people are having the same issue. The page itself is up, you can select your blessing and character/server to send it to but after you click submit it doesn't send anything in game. Relogging doesn't help, there's just nothing.

    Thank you Frankie, I got my blessing.

    *If you stuck on page reloading and says couldn't find page, I got that too, just refresh it, it took a while, but finally the blessing is sent.

    logged in to fb and pw and sent blessing - it showed up briefly as me having mail then disappeared before i could get to the mailbox >.>

    I could care less about the blessings, did the DQ page count all of the DQ points I collected during the 2x? <_<

    It's ok, it hasn't been answered yet. We'll send out the item as soon as possible, but it may not be possible by the end of the day. I'll push for that, but early next week may be more likely.

    Still haven't received the DQ rewards item, says it has been sent. And first jones blessing came late, but the second one came immediately ><
