That's a bummer coz I think i need like 225 to raise my cultivation level as there are some skills i can't learn like i have enough spirit points and my first skills are level 10 but i can't figure out how to learn them. It says my spiritual cultivation level is too low b:sad I need to be a Spiritual Adept??

R Orracles a daily? I think maybe so coz i did oracles for one hole day once llol

^this I've oracled this char. I have a lvl 101 non-oracled character so whatever. Spending an extra couple of months levelling to 80 the non-oracle way isn't going to make me anymore skilled. What is there to learn anyway? I've mastered skill timings from oracling on the melee bosses I don't macro and base my next move…

It's all to do with breakpoints. 2% extra damage isn't all that great. If you're managing to get a mobs HP down to a sliver of health on the 3rd hit for example then levelling both masteries could be benificial. If a mob is still left with a decent chunk of health and the 4th hit is the killing blow then there's no point.

I wouldn't increase the defense level buff (white voodoo?) past 1 just yet. Better to wait a little and make your mind up later as it reduces your attack level quite considerably. It's a little like levelling Magic marrow on a BM.

For PVE I wouldn't level it much, as like you said increasing the level only increases the range. Ranged mobs (magical and physical) have a range of around 12. PvP-wise it's not going to be that effective against ranged unless you close the gap a little.
