Maybe you could find a compromise between R9 +12 and white NPC gear where it is still a challenge and you can still get in squads. But if all you want to do is complain in the forum, then I guess you don't really want a solution.

If you think that this game is too easy - make it harder. Don't get R8 or R9. Don't buy packs. Don't make your char OP. Use gear from drops only and make it more difficult. No-one is making you play this game in "easy mode". b:victory peace.

If the sins are going to kill all the bosses, what do you need the cleric in the squad for? At least the BM is killing mobs to get to the heads room. I would have dumped him and added another sin, even if it meant not clearing the heads room in one pull.
