So the official patch notes 641 says:

But that's not really much... detail for a 25.6 mb patch. I mean, the whole Imperial Fury update was 75ish mb, so 25.6 mb of "localization" doesn't seem to be right.


So this thread is here for those who discover any new things after maint is done that aren't officially announced in this patch notes!

    On topic, I thought the size would be due to the new mount/fash/aerogear they added. I wouldnt be suprised if a few other suprises maded it in though...

    They've decided to add more Aurora Agents

    The only reason this patch is big is because they replaced the logo on all the loading screens from the old "Perfect World Internation: Descent" to the new "PWI: Descent". You can see the new logo on the top left of the forums.

    Honestly... I didn't even notice it changed. +1 for attention to detail! You get an A+ for the week Asterelle. (lol... not being sarcastic though, i didnt notice it at all o.o)

    Uhh I don't actually pay attention.. I just look inside the .cup to see which files were updated... I can also run a diff with the previous versions of those files if I want to review the localization changes.

    But yeah, new Packs, flying mounts (Sexy wing elf ones too =D), Assassin Creed fashion (Wanna get that BTW xD), the logo change and standard announced update stuff.

    Can someone send a link to the manual patch?The patch in download section here is only 4mb (approx) and when installing it the client says "File corrupted".

    Even if they will change one row in elementclient.exe, they need to replace whole file.

    Same for dll of skills, etc.

    The logo change isnt new to this weeks patch, I noticed it last week.

    Toliman yea it is reaplaceing the file, though it is still just considered modifing the file.
