It seems to be account based on server side. 4 of my 6 accounts all return the error, the other 2 will both always log in successfully within about 15seconds. other than chest on sins for farming, yes, yes it most definitely is outdated when t3 everything it is 10x better? dont even bother with r8 on an archer unless you are going r9, and even then, dont bother on the r8 gear, go get some t3, its easily farmed, and save yourself the effort
