9 am here EST...severs are still down?

I know this isnt the issue with the graphics card on mine. this is a new gaming system. all fully updated. I never had any issues with it before on this system til the new up dates. Can anyone help with a bug error report issue?

does anyone else have the issue of the treasure map quest, where on the map it just shows the red x but there are no landmarks or terrain features at all? its like just a blank page with a red x. Can anyone else confirm this? ty

i thought or someone told me that pking during a mq is a bannable thing. Im tryin to find out if this is true or not.
