Happened to me once on my seeker, but on last boss(Mushi). Lead kept dcing. I ended up with lead, we waited for him to log back in then we killed boss. I passed lead back to him and when npc appeared no one got the quest. Just my own experience.

I would suggest aps, as a quick demon burst can drop most targets. Skill spam is also an option. but only in limited situations, considering you are running with basic aps gear. Want to stabilize the economy? bring the casual gamer back. Without them this game and it's virtual economy is only a few "pushes" from total collapse. Not sure what kind of sins you run with, but my sin can pull aggro quite easily. any r9rr sin can really if they choose. normally i don't unless it happens to be a slow squad, but eh. too each his own.
