If you already have done as the previous posted told you (lowest settings in UI tab) and still have problems, the only way to change that is to get a better computer because your hardware is very old. I don't think there is more todo with the game settings to make the performance better, only better hardware.

I don't see FPS problems. 64 fps at almost full settings (vsync off) is not bad. 100 fps at low settings is even better even though I can imagine you don't want to plat with those low settings. It sounds like you downloaded wrong client. Cubizone.com is for Malaysian version of Perfect World not PWI. Download the client from http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download instead, then you should be able to play.

If yo get below 30 fps on max settings outside busy towns like Archosaur then something is seriously with your computer. I usually means that the file is corrupted. Try to download a new one from a different source. you could download it again from same place but if it's corrupted at the source, this will happen again.

Sent in a ticket but no solution yet. Did anyone else that have this problem notice, that since yesterday after the patch, the client doesn't close itself anymore but instead it just freeezes up and only way to restart it is to remove it first using task manager.
