The PWI staff has no power to fix Frostcovered City. Only the devs in China can do that. Seeing as China cannot turn on hypers in frost this was/will never be a problem for them; so apparently they can't be bothered to fix the glitch.

So basically the next time a glitch like this comes out and you can't fix it what you are saying to the entire community is. We will only ban SOME of the abusers and only for a short amount of time. Eoria was telling me about this happening on Harshlands as well. Not sure if has happened on Lost City yet though I don't really buy stuff from the AH so I wouldn't know anyway.
