It sounds to me like the OP is describing non-consensual PKing in SP, which would mean your link is only validating his question. If people are killing other playings in SP repeatedly without their permission, and tickets have been submitted - why isn't action being taken?

In my experience, it's been 50/50. Half the people who had that problem got their 100k rewards and the other half were basically told to find a creative place to shove it. Hope you end up in the proper half.

I meant to say this isn't the first time it's been like this. Slogans were in this form for as long as I can remember up until a year or so ago when they changed it to allow spaces and punctuation.
