Wedding 100k Glitch

Ok so just got married. I know i know people have had this problem before but could someone help me get this solved?

We ofc did the spend a poo ton of money to get 100k and when i went to click gold quest it sorta spazed out and i got my ring back that says get 30k 60k or 100k.

Right now I would very much like to get this resolved :3

Ive submitted a ticket in game and on site but has anyone had this problem and been fixed?b:cry

    Same thing happened to hubby. As far as I know, they didn't do **** for him - -

    My hubby said he did that as well, and they never helped him with it. So I ended up getting the pack from bidding hall instead. If they helped you get your prize, do tell me :o

    In my experience, it's been 50/50.

    Half the people who had that problem got their 100k rewards and the other half were basically told to find a creative place to shove it.

    Hope you end up in the proper half.
