Random hook and thorn sin i found on world chat to solo Quillhog King for my sin's culti. I dont think he was trolling, he legit didnt know what bramble was b:shocked Bet he'll be surprised first time he does tw b:laugh

    i was surprised, yes. i would have flamed them in world chat for being a plvled noob but... well, they DID solo my culti boss. guess i'm just too nice. really though, he made my eyes rain a little x.x

    Fair enough, but its still quite depressing. Any melee class who fought against the Quillhog-wraiths from Archosaur's Enchanters/Maguses to the Demonblades beyond Town of Arrivals knows firsthand just how annoying Bramble can be.

    isn't that the one that you could glitch while flying directly above it so it would never hit you? or was that kimsa? i get them mixed up :o

    Yes, you just don't forget that quest and an encounter like that. And he's up there with Jewelscalen too. Although now with self purify, I can go back and solo them. :P

    And as for bramble, it never killed me. My dps sucks so much that it never could killl me lol. And a few of my skills are magic attacks as well so it doesn't make bramble work.

    Hmm I went back to kill quill hog king after not killing him for atleast 3 year and I had totally forgot that he did bramble and When your r9+12 bramble hurts really bad. He actually killed me before I could react.

    Yeah, really bramble is too strong and if they are going to make something that negates mellee that much, perhaps they should make a magic reflect that is just as strong..how would yall feel then lmao. It's not like it would break the Lore of the game, as it is a pretty established type skill in alot of diferent games.

    wow now i gotta go kill him so i get the full experience. when i was leveling 1 of 3 things happened: it was glitched, i skipped it for some reason, or Heleghir solo'd it too fast for me to see how much of a **** it is ;3

    Tbh I'm sure I tanked quillhog king 100+ times, and even at least 10x with my squishy 5aps/+12 farmer sin and never recognized bramble on this boss lolz. When does he cast it? Must be after 2-3 sec and more (when he's already dead when I kill him for alts..).

    The majority of sins are really idiots... there are a few good ones out there but those are rare. During yesterday's nation war, I had a sin triple spark aps me... then call me fail cause I pot and killed him. Now I am on some kind list of his. Try to triple spark gank me again a minute or two after. Failed... so he stealthed away. I had to waste a det pot to pop him out and end up killing him again. Think I got him one last time before war ended... which leads me to believe the list he kept is a list of who he is going to get killed by.
    1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
    2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

    Even sneakier than bramble is bramblehood in NW. Since it doesn't work in pvp no one really pays attention to it in NW till a seeker gemini slashes himself for 20k zerk crit..
