A clerics ress is always a good thing since it saves your hard earned EXP :)

I find that Second wind and Holy path are the most usefull Genie skills. Second wind has saved me more than once and Holy path is very usefull when you have to get to a dying squad member fast :) I also use Earthflame a lot to lure a mob or boss but that is only if you have a Zeal genie.
