Except that other companies do not hesitate to let their playerbase know about an issue when it arises, the nature of the issue, and that they are working to fix it (I'm thinking a particularly successful footie game with many licenses that profits off packs).

I had the same problem. Ended up downloading the Arc app thingie from this site, and it logs me into the game. I still can't log in straight from the client, only through arc.

Thanks TX, I'm not allowed to post a thread within the first 3 days. Anyways, I did solve my login issues. I can only login through the arc thingie, while TX can login without it. Not sure if it's a requirement for all new accounts, but it's alright. I did think at first it was my pw, since I made it somewhat complex, but…
