after creating an account do people have to wait before they can actually log in into the game? My roommate just made hers about an hour ago and everytime she tries to log in, it keeps telling her incorrect name/password.

    No need to wait, as soon as your char is made you can play.

    She probably log off the game and now try to log on with the wrong password or username.

    Tell her to be sure about the info and try again. (username is not the character name in case she try to enter the character name)

    If she's sure to enter the good info and that don't work tell her to send a ticket.

    Thanks TX, I'm not allowed to post a thread within the first 3 days. Anyways, I did solve my login issues. I can only login through the arc thingie, while TX can login without it. Not sure if it's a requirement for all new accounts, but it's alright. I did think at first it was my pw, since I made it somewhat complex, but glad to be playing now.
