New accounts can log in on the site, but not on the game client

Heyo PWI forums,

Friend of mine just created a new account since he wanted to start with PWI, thing is he can't log onto the client, he can on the site though.

I know his pw, and it's 13 chars long, that's not the max count is it?

    I had the same problem. Ended up downloading the Arc app thingie from this site, and it logs me into the game. I still can't log in straight from the client, only through arc.

    What is this arc app thingy you refer too? We have tried to get in to the client as well without success too

    Arc starts patcher which wont run if the element client is already started.
    Guess there is a new bug or its just a timing thing.

    I as well am new and when I log in with same info as I did log in here tells me I can not log into the client..... is this a bug issue?

    The arc app does not fix the issue with my friend. Her boyfriend's account information keeps popping back to him that it is wrong, completely wrong, but he uses it to log into the forums. b:surrender

    He's new to PWI and I believe the OP was talking about something like this?

    This is a common issue when someone uses "special characters" in their password. Basically, if you use a character that isn't a standard number/letter/symbol on a US-101-key keyboard, it's not going to work in-game, but will work on the websites just fine. I've used passwords 17 characters long without issue.

    Arc doesnt fix my issue.
    Im not new to pwi, but I did quit for a few months due to life being crazy as heck.!
    Well i downloaded it today actually. The patch took about an hour.
    I downloaded it thru arc because well ive heard it was better.
    The game downloaded in about idk 2.5 hours and an hour for the patch.
    Well im in the website now but i cant log into the game client.
    With arc, yes it automatically logs you in BUT, for me it keeps saying wrong information.

    I send pwi a support ticket via email. Ill post on here what they say, maybe it can help yall! b:dirty

    My my password has been a basic number/letter password Common USA keyboard and its around 10-15 characters long. Numbers/Letters only and its still not working. Ive even changed my password to something new and still it doesnt work. Im not sure why its doing this to me hehe. :/
