Gold is somewhere around 580k~ish in DW, I think. I talked to the NPC more than twice before it started and during it, and didn't get the notif for any quests I fought in the minions thing, too. I didn't get anything, no EXP, Spirit, zip zero, nada. Maybe I'm just SOL, but still, I would've liked SOMETHING, some EXP or coins, since I did fight the beasties. :|

IT's really not THAT hard to make at least a hundred k in coins within a week or two (if you're lazy). :| Finish quests, get mats and sell them back. It is free to play.
