ya its all on luck points not by lvl but like hunter pretty much already said... its blue 41+...purple51+.....and gold 61+ which means it wont change til its at least lvl 50 (cuz u cant have 41 or more til 50)

to me the 2 most important things are giving chi and debuffing....hercs are overrated and ya they help...but its annoying when people think venos are worthless without hercs..and ive never even played a veno lol

BM all the way. They can aoe grind for good quick exp, money from drops etc. Theyre damn good DDs and can even tank a lot more than u think.
