I've never actually seen anyone give good reason to not have server transfer. I have been hoping it would be put into place because even if i can't move my character i would like to send all my stuff to a character on another server. I realized i probably didn't have the drivers right after i posted and dell didn't have my laptops drivers on there server, but i think i finally got the right driver. Downloading right now. Thank you all for the help (and I feel very dumb for not figuring this out sooner)
