Seriously though ^^ This^^^ As soon as charm ticks you want to if not already (debuff) - spark - seal and then try to do as much dmg as possible, especially to a barb who has a loot of hp. Personally I spark and then seal because that way I dont waste a second or two of my seal on sparking.
