First off, to be a bad **** pker (for when i turn about 70) what stats should i put most of my allocation points into? (my first thought would be Vitality and Magic) but if im wrong, LET ME KNOW. I don't want to be one shot by other players and i want to be able to basically **** with my Plume shot (which does physical damage) and other magic spells (which i learned not to long back do mainly metal damage) So in a nutshell, these are my questions

What armor should i use?

What stats should i focus on?

-Any other suggestions to help a poor wittle noob like me would be greatly appreciated-b:cute

If you want to do really high damage look at the full-attack cleric guide. Although I have read it because I'm leveling a cleric like that and it leaves no room for vitality so you'd do a great deal of damage but you'd be squishy I don't think theres a way to get out of that besides adding tons of hp to your armor. If you add vit with the full-attack build your damage won't be worth it I believe

"Chobsi the only thing your good at is making your character look good, otherwise your fail"
"Did that 95 BM just kill himself to your Herc? Mmm..Yep"
"Oh that thing I thought was a statue, it 1 shot me, switch to your cleric please"
"So that Hercules guy from the disney movie really aged well.."

Thank ya, so if I'm correct there's no way to be both a full attack cleric and be a strong defensive cleric. U have to be one or the other?

You can be a little of both and be a hybrid,

    OR

get to lvl 78 as light armor cleric, get ur molds, refine them and then PK LIKE CRAZY!

OP: you are in a pvp server. Using the FAC build is suicide at your level. You should either have a more vit build so you can plume shell in time when someone snipes you or you should go Light armor so you don't get 1 shotted. Either options are good till you are higher at around 80+. If you go with FAC, that's alot of money you will be wasting to keep your hp high. You won't be using those armors for long.

FAC's my lvl are a 1 shot unless their gear is highly refined. Id suggest a 7 mag 2 vit, 1 str per two lvls.

^^ Please do not do that. That is the same as a Mag build. Just the skills are different b:shocked

I know...upon reading that statement, I felt tears of sorrow rushing to my eyes.
Note to clerics....if you wanna PVP/PK well...use Chromatic Seal. Seriously I am not kidding.

Truly only an incompetent cleric would say not to use chromatic seal in pk, unless they are thinking of only group vs group pk. I've used that when I was 7X cleric to kill 7X barbarians when they had a team-mate helping them. It is great for pausing before going for a heavy spike to finish a charm, or prepping to tick their charm and kill them in under 10 secs afterwards. Chromatic seal is an absolute must for any cleric looking to pk.

And even full mag can win solo against 7 enemies, as long as you kill your way to run the heck away anyways :) Still remember killing 3 off while chasing a 4th down/running the heck away as my double spark died. Nothing beats PK'ing with a supposedly "low" damage class. And when you get lvl 100 and Elven Boon; pure ecstacy.
Fist are the worst at PvP AND PvE, if you disagree, as I said, take it to PM's or make your own guide. Go here if you want to debate about it. - Lyndura

Get a High lvl Fist warrior use it, Restat to axes. GG - complexx

    ^^ This ^^ b:thanks

    Seriously though ^^ This^^^

As soon as charm ticks you want to if not already (debuff) - spark - seal and then try to do as much dmg as possible, especially to a barb who has a loot of hp.

Personally I spark and then seal because that way I dont waste a second or two of my seal on sparking.

As long as they not counter the sleep (QQ - Genie skills)...at Level 10 the sleep lasts up to 33.6 seconds...plenty of time b:dirty

:( I know.. mine is lvl 6 or 7? I just really don't want them to be moving while I attack, for me its worth the 1 second wasted of 200% or 400% dmg, but to each their own, and when I have lvl 10 I will probably switch it up.
Bahahha nice... That definitely beats my most recent (at lunch time) 4.5k crit on a 79 robe cleric with it, I was surprised it did that much tbh...:P

On BM's it obviously works a bit better, see if some idiot pops phys marrow right before too XD bahahaha

Main thing in accepting advice, never listen to anyone with a static order of killing someone off. It is lazy, and not very good skill-wise to attempt what they consider a good way to off someone.

For me, when going against a similar or close leveled barb, I would start with Wield Lightning if I was instigating. When you use the same skill all the time, it gives you a vague idea of just how much health they currently have. With this, I would know if I should add a Cyclone before sleeping them or not. At times, I would even add a Plume Shot against a barb just because I knew it would drop them closer to 50% without dealing enough to actually push them past it. It might seem stupid, but anything that does not penalize you and makes it easier to 1-hit spike them is always a good thing.

After the sleep, I would plan around 7 secs guaranteed even with max Seal. While it can last over 30 seconds, you're not guaranteed it. However in that amount of time I was able to ele debuff them, then set up my Tempest. Nowadays it would be ele debuff, Celestial Spark, apoth chi pot, Tempest, Extreme Poison during cast. Even had Blade of Supreme Heat timed to hit right before Tempest did, but since it has been gimped might not be worth it anymore.

Thing is, have 1 base skill when attacking a specific class in place to determine your course of action, which should not be set in stone if you want to succeed. Each class doesn't follow the exact same path, or have the exact same gear. Some will be easier, some will be harder. Main thing is to avoid long channels/casts after the initial hit, and don't use them when someone is already heading towards you. Chromatic has a long recharge, so if you can avoid using it until it benefits you, try to do so. Using it early in a fight is basically the same as deciding to run instead of fighting. Let them chase you down while your CDs finish and face them at full strength, instead of letting them kill your skill order. You always have Silence Seal for melees, if nothing else.

I agree 100% that static combo's will not help in nearly every case, I just was stating combination of skills that I frequently use....your order of skills must always be evolving depending on the situation, there are so that do work with a high level seal that are great after charm ticks however...and it is good practice to lvl up your debuffs and use them before attacks, that was the point I was trying to make.

Meh there aren't enough wizards to be a huge issue, and I haven't seen a wizard be able to one shot me unless at least 10 levels higher, seeing as robes my level have probably only 7% more magic reduction then I do. Which isn't that much of a difference... 7% difference could possibly mean the difference between a one shot and not but not in most cases.

LA clerics don't fail, but simply in certain situations...this game is also about GROUP pvp not one on one, I excel in a group vs archers bms and barbs as I can take a huge beating and cause a distraction, while debuffing , doing good dmg (great if crit), and sealing.

Every class in some way is going to have a weakness...Ive been happy with my build choice...don't have to worry about BM's or Barbs with X's coming up out of no where and 1 shotting me with a zerk crit.
