Once you have the quests, you could try asking by the head hunter to see if any bh39 squads will invite you along. If you explain that you need the bosses, someone will probably let you join. ^_^

Na, everybody can enter using the same entrance. Exitium was probably referring to the fact that the fb19 has three different versions, one for each race.
