Fb, Bh?

I'm new to this game, and I just recently quit playing WoW...
Anyways, I'm confused about this whole BH and FB thing..Now from what I read BH is bounty hunter daily quests that you get to kill a boss in a certain instance, I guess it's kinda like "Daily Heroics" like they have in WoW..
But what I'm really confused is the FBs..What is FB? like what does "F.B" stand for? Does it stand for quest or instance? And what is the number after the FB? like "FB39" for example (i think that's done in Gates Of Delirium) would the "39" mean the level you get the quest, or the instance level? the boss level? Or the level you should be at when attempting that instance it calls for? or what? Also, how do you know what's an FB quest? Is it the quests in purple, or is it ONLY the ones that's done inside an instance? or is it both? Or can it be any color? Like how can you tell if the quest is an FB quest or something besides the fact you get it at ever 9, is there any color that distinguishes the quest? In WoW, it is easy because next to the quests it would say stuff like "Elite, Group, Daily, Daily Heroic" But here, it doesn't say "FB"
As far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong) FB's are like quests you get every 9's - like level 19, 29, and so on where you have to kill mobs or a boss INSIDE a instance. Also, when is a good time to do your FB's? Right when you get them or several more levels? Like for example, I was looking for a squad for FB39, and a bunch of high level 50's whispered me, but the quest is gotten in level 39..So I take it its best to wait about 20 levels higher when doing a FB? Like FB39 = level 50s, and FB49 = level 60s?
I'm just so used to WoW where its so simple and they just say "LFG (and the instance/quest name" not used to all these FB's and BH's and numbers..so much easier if they just say the quest name, or instance name instead of this FB and BH stuff.
But anyways, can anyone explain this in detail for me? Pretty confusing..
Thank you

Youre right about what the BH is, it's a daily quest you get 1/2 times a day to kill a certain boss in a certain instance depending on your lvl. Note: These BHs start at lvl 40 and give 60k exp and then it changes at 50 or 51 for more exp and dif bosses
BHs are pretty recent, before we only had FBs. Im not sure what it stands for b:pleased I think its forced battle. Anyway its the Call to Duty quest you get every 10 lvls or so. For example, at lvl 19 you get a quest to go into a certain instance depending on your race and kill a boss. This is referred to as FB19. The same for Lvl 29 when you get the quest to kill Qingzi, people call that FB29. And so on, FB39, FB51(You can start it at 49 but you only get the last tab* at 51), FB59, FB69, FB79, FB89 <~~2 options i think if you go sage or demon.
Tabs--> The token like items you get when you take the quests. Without them you'll have a hard time finding a squad to help you do your FB. When you have them you need to talk to the pillar next to the boss in the instance. If your unsure about when to do it, just ask the ones helping you. People want you to "tab" because they get rewards out of it (Exp, sp and rep). And most of the time, if you tab they will let you pick up all the drops.
As for saying LFG for instance name, well its much shorter to say LFG for FB51 then saying LFG For Fushma, Rankar And Wyvern and then have ppl asking if its a BH or FB But once you start BHs youll see people asking for a specific boss.0 -

So, depending on your race, the whole squad has to enter the instance through different entrances? I don't get it..Like if the squad is different races, everyone in the party enters through a different place? can't we all just use that illusion stone to make it easier and enter? Sounds confusing lol
Also, about the tokens/tab, if they ask if you are tabbed do they mean if u got the "call of duty" token in your inventory? And do you have to be the squad leader for you to actually use the tokens so that also the whole party benefits from it?
Also, what determines an FB quest? like how do u know if its an FB or not? Is it because FB quests require a call of duty tab/token? i still don't get what determines a FB quest. Is it an FB cause it gives a call of duty token like no other quest does? Like if someone is looking for a squad for FB39, for example, how would I know which one is that? Like will I have to look in my quest window to see if I got this FB39? Or do I like in my inventory to see if I got the call of duty token to know if I can do this FB39...
Still confusing lol..And its making it hard for me to get a group going or joining one cause
I have no idea what they are talking about lol..Like if they are looking for a squad for a certain FB,
i want to be able to know which one they are talking about, and if i don't know, how do I look it up, without asking the person..
And to do your FB quests, is it better to wait like 20more levels above it? I remember reading something like this, and again, I remember asking for FB39, and peeps in like their high level 50s, would whisper me, when I would expect peopel in their level 30s..This part I don't get as well, is that what is better to do? Wait several more levels before doing the FB quests, and not to do them right when u get them?0 -

They are different because the starting areas are different. It is only at about Level 19 that you get to "see the world" and travel to Arch. for most of your new quests. The FB is designed around your classes specific starting area as kinda (imo) one last "trial" before venturing out.

Tabbed means you have the "Call to Duty" token. You do have to be the Squad leader to use it/"tab" the FB. You do not have to use the Tab's to get your quests done inside, however it is a very nice bonus for those that help you with your quests.

You will see the token in your inventory. All tabs come from part of your cultivation (yellow quests) in the beginning. You cannot get the FB if you are not that level for it. FB39, you will have to be atleast level 39 and have completed all required quests before you get the 3 tabs.

Most people do their FB's when they get them because there are quite a few that have side quests that will give rewards such as a weapon or armor. The more you play the more you will get it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Na, everybody can enter using the same entrance. Exitium was probably referring to the fact that the fb19 has three different versions, one for each race. For example, all untamed have their fb19 in the same cave. All the squad members helping with that fb can enter that instance the same way, no matter what their individual race/class. But they would all go to the human fb19 cave if the fb19 tabber was a human instead. However, each fb after that (up to 79 anyway) has the same instance regardless of class. (Meaning human, elf, and untamed alike have the same fb29 instance. However, the fb29 is different from the 39 instance, etc.)
If someone asks you something like, "Is this a tabbed run?" or "Are you tabbing?" they are asking whether when you get to the boss at the end of the instance, you will talk to the column with the tab in the inventory. (You can talk to the columns at the front the same way, but most people like to wait until the columns at the end. You only get to do it once, so you have to pick whether to tab at the start or the end, you can't do both.) When you do this, the tab disappears and a message shows up saying the quest has been received. Everyone in the squad will see this message when you do. This means the run has been "tabbed." A "tabbed run" means that when the boss is killed, the squad members will get the rewards that Exitium mentioned.
You have to be the squad leader in order to tab, and once you tab, you can't switch leaders or the mission will not count anymore. (It will warn you of that in the quest description when you tab.) No worries if this happens because you'll have the tab returned to you if it fails. However, if the boss dies before it is re-tabbed, it won't count and you'll have to restart the instance to get it to respawn.
If you are looking for a group to help you with your tabbed run, all you really need to do is say in white chat "Looking for a squad for my fb19" and people will probably jump at the opportunity. Or there are often people who look for fb's to help with in world chat. They'll say something like "Squad doing your fb19-whatever..." and if you whisper them they'll probably just ask which fb instance and make sure you have the tab.
Most fbs will give you a challenge quest that can be done in the same instance as the boss you tab. There are some nice guides on the forums if you want to check and make sure you have all the quests that you need before you do the run. But there aren't too many quests along with the fb until you get to around fb39. The "Call to Duty" quest is the one the tab goes with, and if you have the tab, that's what most would consider makes it an "fb" run.
Oops, it looks like RedsRose beat me to it, but since I took a while to type this I guess I'll post it anyway. LOL0 -
I think everyone pretty much summed it up, so I won't type long. FBs and BHs are different in that FBs are given to individuals every level ending with a 9, except for the lvl 49-51 FB. They're basically dungeon runs where you go with a couple of friends to kill the mobs and the boss, depending on what the quest says. Usually, rewards are really good and it's a chance to meet new friends b:victory
BHs are Bounty Hunter quests, given out by the guy in the center of Archosaur. Starts at lvl 40 and I highly recommend doing it everyday. The exp and spirit is worth it and the level requirement vs the boss is not hard. find a good squad and it'll be really easy! b:laugh
And to clarify, FB means "fuben", which is Chinese for dungeon.0
