How do I change my avatar in the fourms?

Guys I am new b:pleased and I need to change my avatar because it looks boring now. So can someone please tell me how?
b:cry Whenever I click on it it says choose your avatar and nothing is there!

    Have you made a character in the game yet? If so, they should be available to pick from by clicking on the picture box next to "edit your avatar" at the top right of the forum frame, like you said you tried. Then you should be able to click on what character you want to use.

    If you don't have a character yet, that's probably why there isn't anything there. The avatars to choose from are just pre-made pictures of the different classes at different level zones, and you only get to pick from the ones that represent whatever characters you have.
