Probably screwed the game up so much, they are too scared to come out & admit they will be doing a maintainence til the last minute. Shame they can't justr fix the game before they bring out new expansions, probably wouldn't have all this hassle!b:surrender

So you think that bring the expansion out 'earlier' benefits us in what way? I can't see any benefits apart from it will just encourage more people to spend their own money on a game that, in my opinion, is losing it's lustre. yeah, i was just on about charge rewards only. Yup, even i took advantage of some of the promotions ( free demon ticket for buying x amount of certain packs etc )

ahhhh, getcha now. Yup, you only get charge rewards ONLY if you charge up your gold via paypal/CC etc. once gold is purchased and you keep it for a while then use it, it don't count

erm, correct me if i'm wrong but don't everyone have a list of all purchases in their logs? Just copy the trans number & date, that should be enough proof surely?

Yeah, alot of my friends have quit because of this. It's sad as it's a great game, but marred because PWE just really don't care about it's players, wether new players or old. I'm awaiting the outcome of all this & if it aint fair, then i'm off as i won't stay to play a bias game
