Charge Rewards still missing

So yeah, I was told in a recent support ticket that they could not know who spent what for the demon/sage and dark abyss spending promotion, and that they need me to send in a screenshot showing the money I spent showing proof in order to receive the items.

I'm just wondering how many people screenshot every single one of their purchases just in case it messes up...very few people have screenshots of them spending that gold...

We now have to document everything for fear of PWI losing our records?

    You can just look up your history and take a screenshot of the transactions that occured during the time of the rewards.

    Where do I find the history? I thought this was only possible if you charged zen, but this was in-game gold spent, not charged.

    I don't know if you're talking about the current on-going promo but I'm missing charge reward points....
    I sent a ticket and got an automated response so I sent another one but they asked for transaction ID..except that I didn't charge gold but bought them with game coins via the AH.

    Luckily I did screenshot what I bought (soulroot stones for monkey) but I have a bad feeling about this.
    I waited for a charge reward promotion specifically before spending gold for the monkey and the gold was spent AFTER the promo was supposed to go live >.>

    In other words yes, I think we gotta screenshot everything important. I personally do it for years, whenever I get some expensive item, buy gold, spend gold etc. as well as screenshot my gear's state from time to time. I started doing it ever since someone made a thread on the forums with screenshots of items they had and lost after maintenance. After that, I never trusted PWI/PWE again.

    PWI is telling you a load of bull. They know exactly who received what and what time. They have logs of it. They told me they check logs to see who received what. They are just to lazy to look it up. If you have an idea of the date and time it will help narrow down their search.

    When I didnt receive packs for the monday event, I was originally told that I have no proof. Another cusomter service rep repsonded to the ticket and told me to ignore what the other person had said and that they had infact checked the logs and seen that I was supposed to receive the packs but for some reason they did not go into my inventory. 4 weeks later I got them in an email.


    Now if PWI has lost those logs, then they are truly incapable of running a game and we do in fact need to screen shot everything we do in game.

    That's BS on their end. Send in another ticket and hope for someone better responding.

    I've had several times where I spent gold ingame during promotions (yay merching), didn't get the appropriate rewards, and they were able to tell me how much gold I spent on which characters for which servers and correct the issue.

    erm, correct me if i'm wrong but don't everyone have a list of all purchases in their logs?

    Just copy the trans number & date, that should be enough proof surely?

    He's talking about buying stuff with gold ingame since we don't get logs for that.

    Zen purchases/gains from offers would be an entirely different matter.

    ahhhh, getcha now. Yup, you only get charge rewards ONLY if you charge up your gold via paypal/CC etc. once gold is purchased and you keep it for a while then use it, it don't count

    Yeah, you can't see your logs when it comes to spending gold itself thus it's better to screenshot when you do large purchases and stuff even though they should be capable to tracking these things down.

    Umm not true o.o I've personally used gold during charge rewards that was bought via the AH prior said promotion. I usually wait for promotions such as these before I make large purchases from the boutique to take a better advantage of the gold.

    Also here's from the official news site:

    For each Gold spent in the Boutique, you'll get an extra 50 Bonus Points! This means that you can actually accumulate Bonus Points without transferring ZEN, so take this opportunity to use all that Gold you've wisely been stashing all this time!

    Depends on the promotion. When it's these things then yeah what you said applies. When it's stuff like this then it's based off gold spent ingame.

    yeah, i was just on about charge rewards only.

    Yup, even i took advantage of some of the promotions ( free demon ticket for buying x amount of certain packs etc )

    I do not think the screen shot really work, I took screen shot of my gold that was stuck in AH because of the roll back and I cannot take it out. send in a ticket and they never responded back.

    Mine was from the time before - when these started messing up. But no, I just have the chart of spending that is in " ZEN Wallet" region.

    I got 1 Sage/Demon Event card. But still, I should get 2x this card and mount as well. My ticket is still not answered.

    Update: They finally handed out the rewards to my acc. Not going to discuss it in public, but they were incredibly generous with compensation.

    Good to know that support responds efficiently as long as you talk with them calmly and respectfully.

    If you still haven't gotten your rewards I would suggest re-ticketing them and calmly explaining your situation, along with the items you bought and answering their questions thoroughly. It will take them a few days to review it but as long as you tell the truth they will remedy the situation appropriately.

    I have just opened a second ticket for this issue. I purchased my Rank 9 back on November 11 and spent almost all of the money in the boutique on Mysterious Chips. I already sent in a screenshot of my Zen purchase as well as an explanation of what I bought from the boutique on which character in the original ticket. I opened a new ticket and amended the old ticket onto it as well.

    I'm getting frustrated and annoyed now. I have two characters eligible for the mount and neither have received it. My original ticket was opened and answered with a canned response of "we are looking into this, we know some players did not receive their rewards."

    Fine. I understand that there's a backlog. It's been almost three weeks and at this point I'm getting pretty peeved - I'm figuring I will never get a resolution from this even though I spent A LOT of money. Needless to say, that was my choice, I didn't do it for the rewards alone but the fact is I haven't received what was promised.

    I will keep opening ticket after ticket every time they close it if I have to, this is ridiculous. Hoping for some kind of resolution.
