Same here. I have this problem started like a month ago when they introduced patch that shows your previous ip when you first log in game. Then its fine at the beginning of this month and now it started again.

Fixed. Damn i couldn't believe it was the modem's cable that cause the problem. Feel embarrassed now. I was wrong. Cable has nothing to do with it. It Happens again today.
