Can't connect to West Coast Servers... again ~

Dear GM,


this seems to happen occasionally like once a month... Also for 1-3 days I can't login/ connect to Lost City (well this time, its since yesterday after TW). Other East/ Europe servers are fine, only West servers are unreachable (shows no ping at all and can't connect).

Are West coast servers overloaded again?
Is the amount of Players, abled to login, now limited on weekend?
Or if there's any problem on the server network?

My connection is fine, high speed/ bandwidth... client always up to date... and I did check to "tracert" the connection, but always "Request time out.".

Please help, if there any solution or advise about how to fix this? Thanks.


Well, 1 day off from pwi means, BH lost, exp lost, coins lost, merit lost and the game lost etc... but... well, it also means less zhen charged and more real life gained
