I honestly think that bh100 is set up like packs, for example: 70% Lunar 20% Delta 10% Everything else. Perhaps PWI management figures that the more often BH Lunar comes up, the more likely players will charge zen to sell the gold so they can afford the fee. It would make sense, and I wouldn't put it past them.

I would never recommend air/water mobs for farming for anyone. Period. They are virtually all ranged/magic attackers, are usually too close together, and they seem to respawn much quicker than ground mobs, and often right next to you.

Sad part is that's technically a bait-and-switch tactic, which is grounds for a lawsuit, but proving it would be nearly impossible. Amusingly, PWI seems to pull of the bait-and-switch quite often, and always with near-airtight excuses to allow them to get away with it.
