Worldbosses not respawning on Sanctuary.

There is no sense in getting Hitman Legends (exept its ur first char and u get them at level 90 for level up quicker QQ) End gear is Rank 9 or G15 Nirvana. So get a usual Rank 8 or G13 Vana. + Ur faster 5.0 with G13. + Even if there gonna be an APS fix just get some other ornaments or Vana / Rank 8 recast ur gear.

Whats the points of restatting the Barb? Is there any reason you want it to be Fist / Claw? So the Answer on your question is easy.
