Yep...just logged in an hour ago (1:00am PDT) and 2x seems to be turned off at a stunning 10 hours earlier than it was supposed to. Even the system messages are still saying it will be turned off at 11:00am PDT. What is this magic?! I stayed up late to finish leveling to 100 to take advantage of the 2x... -_- Figures.

I agree with you there. Maybe there should be a setting that the leader/director can choose to select who can post. Either way, this would REALLY help a lot of people out a lot in game when it comes to organizing factions events and such.
