You can meet good friends working on lower level quests too. Ask people in your area to join up when you're both on the same quest. A guild is great for making friends too.

If you don't think it's cute and fun, you could always sell it for a good amount of coin too.

All classes have their own default avatar icon. They're not all personalized to each character. To the OP, click your avatar in the right top of the forums (next to the words "Edit your Avatar" and "Current Time") and that will take you to a page to change it, given that you characteres ingame already.

It conforms to one of the Pigments. I think there is a list of shades found only through Random Pigments too.

You see your own shop differently from how others see it. You don't see those other panels because you don't need to buy or sell from your own shop.

The post boxes are also located next to every auctioneer. :)

I'e heard of a rare bug where the tab disappears. If you never talked to the pillar when it had a yellow shield above it, and it's not in your bank, try sending a ticket to support.

Make sure you picked up all the quests available to you at the moment. If so, it may be as Hisuna said, that you're already in the middle of it. It should be orange colored at the bottom of your Quest Log's list.

Have you checked that button on your quest log that searches for any unaccepted quests? It should be the one that has you visit a recluse outside City of the Lost, and give him 5 dull claws, if my memory is correct.

Though keep in mind that the east coast servers have less people/less lag. The west coast servers are crowded. So even though they're based farther away, the gameplay might be smoother depending on where in the game you are.

You don't have a lot of money right now because you're fairly low level. Give it some time and money will naturally acculmulate through your questing and fighting. An inventory and safe stone isn't really needed at low levels, though they are nice. Try doing the Banker's Gather the Material quests to get more safe space,…

Also, the place to turn them into mirage stones is the Gem Merchant, in the form of a quest.
