An spiritual cultivation question...

Ok so, i hit level 29 and didn't get any sort of notification of my next spiritual cultivation quest.. so i'm wondering where do i start it, i really need to know.

    Cultivation quests are all goldish-brown quests. You actually start the 29 cultivation long before reaching 29, and if you have not completed all the previous quests, you will have to go back and do so in order to get caught up on your culti level.

    Make sure you picked up all the quests available to you at the moment. If so, it may be as Hisuna said, that you're already in the middle of it. It should be orange colored at the bottom of your Quest Log's list.

    Make sure the level 21 and 24 culti quests are finished first. Then you'll get notification of your levl 29 quest.

    I am currently a spritual adept.
    how do i become aware of principles?
    without the next cultivation i can't get better spells.
    plz help!
