Lvl 78 BM, axes, sword, dual blades, polehammer, spear, fists... I've seen no lack of SP, I have no lack of money....and my performance is certainly not lower.

oh and i never said that. the guild name was simply FyouEvo. i never said anything about Evo at all. why are you putting words in my mouth? naming a guild FyouEvo and actually cursing at Evo are two ENTIRELY different things.

now apply the logic if i hadnt bid with that name, and just ran around by myself, would i have been banned? most probably not :P some have suggested to me that the leader of Evo getting mad at me for doing it resulted in me banning, but idk if any player has that kind of power over the GMs decision making.

well sorry. i was accused of 'fake bidding'. and i didnt violate ANY ToS violations for TW. I simply made a guild by myself because i had a lot of money off hand, then decided to try out TW for the first time. I picked my most hated guild to try to go after and went for it. For this i get banned. sorry if this thread…

i dont see anything wrong with the name? its not offensive and doesnt contain any foul language.

Im also suprised at the speed Poison. And yes i have an utter dislike of Evolution hence the guild name :P But all joking in the name aside, my bidding was quite serious. I intended to do TW and not allow Evo to overbid me. However, it seems they already did....and I don't have the amount of money to out bid the bid…

i am allowed to choose which ever territory i want to bid on. bidding on a certain one isnt grounds for banning.
