    Im also suprised at the speed Poison.

    And yes i have an utter dislike of Evolution hence the guild name :P

    But all joking in the name aside, my bidding was quite serious.

    I intended to do TW and not allow Evo to overbid me. However, it seems they already did....and I don't have the amount of money to out bid the bid they've placed.

    yup, right about now i agree and also having a one man guild to go to a TW, is characteristic of people who do fake bidding. with that combination, what did you expect.

    I'm also surprised you were able to do it with a 1-man guild. Brimtooth tried that a few months back and he said he couldn't get it to work. Of course, it could just be him. b:chuckle

    You are taking the "Fake Bidding" term too seriously.

    That is a broad term used to encompass all ToS violations associated with bidding for TW. It does not mean you literally placed a fake bid just to increase the cost of the bid.

    And Evga.. I don't know why he "******* exists" either. He seems like a decent guy, other than the fact the he is flaming anyone in the thread who has an alternative opinion to his problem.

    Also, GMs can ban you if you look at them funny.
    They don't need a reason.
    I mean, they would be terrible GMs if they did that, so godo thing they don't ;D

    well sorry. i was accused of 'fake bidding'. and i didnt violate ANY ToS violations for TW. I simply made a guild by myself because i had a lot of money off hand, then decided to try out TW for the first time. I picked my most hated guild to try to go after and went for it. For this i get banned.

    sorry if this thread offends anyone, but the whole purpose is for this injustice to be revealed to anyone who cares to read it.

    lol and i'm almost certain that somewhere is the ToS says no vulgar language or in faction names. and i'm almost certain fyouEvo counts.

    i've actually read the ToS

    theres no grounds for my banning ANYWHERE on there.

    if i hadnt bid with that name, and just ran around by myself, would i have been banned?

    most probably not :P

    some have suggested to me that the leader of Evo getting mad at me for doing it resulted in me banning, but idk if any player has that kind of power over the GMs decision making.

    and cause i decided to look and have to much free time here it is:
    (h) Impede or disrupt the Service or the normal flow of game play or dialogue in the game or in Interactive Areas on the Site or use vulgar language, abusiveness, use of excessive shouting (ALL CAPS) "spamming" or any other disruptive or detrimental methods in an attempt to disturb other users or PWE employees;

    there you go no vulgar language :P

    the guild name was simply FyouEvo. i never said anything about Evo at all.

    why are you putting words in my mouth? naming a guild FyouEvo and actually cursing at Evo are two ENTIRELY different things.

    so wheres the vulgarity? obviously i didnt get on world chat and scream curses at Evolution. The fact that the guild was named FyouEvo shows no vulgarity to anyone. Its up to you to be offended by the name
