The healing was fine, but generally if no rules are agreed upon beforehand, the rules tend to be: skills okay, pots/genies not. Although you could use the "You didn't say" card, but those are general duel rules from what I've experienced.

Possibly you've killed those people before, especially if you're in a faction with a KOS-only PK rule or you've TWed against that faction before. The way Sihndra put it makes it sound like if you killed someone the day PW opened, and killed them again today, it would still count as one kill.
