How long do you keep the entire game in limbo while you consider what you will do. Please consider that peopel have quit farming for fear if there is a roll back they will lose what they have farmed. They have quit refining gear for fear the will lose refines. They have quit leveling for fear they will revert to previous levels. Please GM's do something to aliviate the fears people have an fix situation post haste.0

You need to hire me to run the damn thing, because clearly no one there can make a legit decision to save their lives (or more likely, their livelihood).

What about people who haven't used it at all? Don't you think it's unfair and VERY biased?
So as of now, the chain of advantage is:
1) Abusers (Most advantage, 'eventually' they will get some bull**** punishment)
2) Accidental-Abusers (Good luck mind reading them, as bad as Absuers)
3) Non Abusers (Ones who were lucky enough to be able to use the code before it expired)
4) Others (Didn't abuse, honest players, didn't get anything at all)
This is the most pathetic and unprofessional issue resolution I have ever seen.0 -
I propose that the abusers should be captured, striped down in the local square market and taken down with rocks so they wont return with +12 gears.b:thanks0

And what about those who never got any orbs?

Probably the best middle of the road solution they could of came up with. Abusers get punished (hopefully), Unfornuatley those that where not awake or present for the code get left out in the cold. I guess PWI is going by the risk/ reward managment style. Not worth the risk doing another code give away to multi servers. Sorry for those that got left out in the cold.0

This is unacceptable. Given the fact that the "glitch" was simply abusing server lag, mostly via handheld devices such as smartphones and ipads, an "accident" and an abuse will be identical.
No one need be PUNISHED. What needs to be done is have the orbs REMOVED and the refines REMOVED whether the "abuse" was INTENTIONAL OR NOT.
You are essentially saying that a portion of folks who got 30-50+ orbs will get to keep them, while another portion will suffer unspecified punishment. The rest of us, who only got 3, or 0 orbs, will be out of luck.
This. Is. Unacceptable.0 -

The first code u guys sended by email just gived me 1 orb, i sended a ticket and the response was a massive code, redeem page was colapsed so i couldnt pget the reward, now the code expired.
Result: u rolled back the server, as compensation i got just 1 orb.
Will u fix that too?
And as this case, im working on my wifes account, she never got any kind of code for mail.
im very disapointed... i couldnt make my reward and some ppl have like 20-30 orbs atm.0 -

I call bull. I was able to log on for only a few hours, and there were more then a few dozen on dreamweaver alone. Meanwhile they disabled the code as I logged on, so I got nothing. I would of least liked to be able to redeem one code.0
